How to View Taxpayer Accounting Information?

Users having access to a taxpayer can view all information about the taxpayer's accounts in the Secretariat General for Taxation. The following information can be viewed:

  • Claims – Liabilities according to provisional and final returns, assessments, penalties and certification fees.
  • Payments – All payments made by the taxpayer to SGT.
  • Account Statement – Statement displaying accounting information by tax type and year.

 

Viewing Taxpayer's Claim List

  1. On the Claims & Payments page, fill in one or several search fields.
  2. Click on the Find button.
  3. The claims' list is displayed.
  4. To open the Claim page, click on the Claim Type.
  5. To close the page, click on the Close button.

 

Viewing Taxpayer's Payments

  1. Click on the Payments tab.
  2. Fill in one or several search fields.
  3. Click on the Find button.
  4. The payments' list is displayed.
  5. Click on the Payment Type link to open the Payment Information page.
  6. To close the page, click on the Close button.

 

Printing Payment Receipts

It is possible to print out receipts of payments from the Portal. The receipts for payments not having been confirmed yet are marked "Pending". The receipts for payments confirmed by the SGT are marked "Confirmed".

  • To print one receipt, click on the Print Receipt link for this payment in the table. The receipt is opened.
  • To print receipts for all payments found, click on the Print Selected Receipts button.

Click on the View button to open the receipts or click on the Download button to download the file with the receipts.

 

Viewing Taxpayer's Account Statement

Account statement is an overview of all payments and claims related to the taxpayer's particular tax account.

  1. Click on the Account Statement tab.
  2. Fill in one or several search fields.
  3. Click on the Generate Statement button.
  4. To see additional tax details (if present), click on the Additional Tax Payable link.
  5. To close the page, click on the Close button.
