Oman Participates in Meeting of GCC Tax Directors

H.E. Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Chairman of the Tax Authority, participated in the thirteenth meeting of the Committee of Heads and Directors of Tax Administrations of the (GCC). 
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Khalifa bin Jassim Al Kuwari, Chairman of the General Tax Authority, and in the presence of high-level representatives from all member states. 
The meeting aimed to enhance cooperation between Gulf tax authorities and administrations, improve the efficiency of tax systems in the GCC countries, seek to highlight the best practices followed and combat tax evasion, to build a fairer and more transparent Gulf tax system.
