Tax Department in Al Batinah North participated in the Training Forum 2025

The Tax Department in Al Batinah North participated in the Training Forum 2025 at Sohar University, which was held under the slogan "Professional Opportunities and Entrepreneurial Initiatives". The Department's employees presented during the forum a workshop entitled "Taxes and their impact on professional development", which reviewed the role of taxes in supporting the national economy and financing development projects, in addition to their contribution in enhancing transparency and accountability.

The Department also allocated a corner to provide tax services to visitors, including responding to their inquiries about taxes, explaining the types of taxes and how they can calculate them in a way that enables individuals and companies to meet their tax obligations, and build cooperative relations with academic institutions to exchange experiences and knowledge.

The participation of the Tax Administration in the training forum at Sohar University has a great importance in spreading tax awareness, enhancing tax compliance in society, as well as contributing in building an effective partnership between government institutions and academic institutions in the field of exchanging experiences and knowledge.
