Signing of The Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income between Oman and Angola.

The governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Angola have officially signed an Agreement for The Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance. The Agreement comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen economic and tax cooperation between the two nations, as well as support joint trade and investment relations. 

The Agreement was signed on behalf of the government of the Sultanate of Oman by His Excellency Anwar bin Hilal Al Jabri, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and on behalf of the government of the Republic of Angola by His Excellency Téte António, Minister of External Relations. 

This Agreement confirms the Sultanate of Oman’s commitment to develop its network of international tax relations and enhance cooperation with partner countries. Moreover, it will contribute to providing a stable and transparent tax environment for investors, companies, and individuals operating in the field of economic activities or generating income in both countries.
