Tax Authority Launches Digital Services at COMEX 2025

As part of the Tax Authority's digital transformation journey, it will announce the launch of the visual identity for the E-Invoicing Project, which is one of the most significant national initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of tax processes, promoting transparency, and ensuring compliance. This project represents a hallmark achievement in the development of the tax system, supporting efforts to streamline procedures and facilitate commitments for taxpayers.
In addition, the Tax Authority will unveil the new electronic portal, designed with a modern and user-friendly interface that supports multiple languages to ensure accessibility for all taxpayers. The portal also provides a wide range of services tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, such as features supporting sign language, color blindness, mobility challenges, and interactive assistance tools that guide users step by step.
Moreover, the Tax Authority will introduce Tax Refund Service for the diplomatic corps through the new electronic portal, that is enabling diplomatic missions, embassies, and international organizations to easily process tax refund requests electronically. This service aligns with international standards and agreements, reduces reliance on paper-based procedures, and fosters the transition towards digital transactions that enhance compliance, transparency, and consistency with global obligations.
The Tax Authority emphasizes that these initiatives come as part of a clear strategy for digital transformation, institutional integration, and building a more sustainable tax environment. Therefore, it invites the public and stakeholders to follow up the official launch event at COMEX 2025 for further details.
