This is alongside supporting digital transformation and fostering a more efficient and reliable business environment.

The conference highlighted several key themes, most notably: updates on the application of the Top-up Tax Law on Constituent Entities of Multinational Groups, alongside the challenges associated with international taxation. Discussions also centered on digital transformation and modern technologies, including the deployment of artificial intelligence to facilitate tax procedures and support compliance. Furthermore, the event emphasized enhancing partnership and awareness by building a close, effective relationship between the Tax Authority, business sectors, and tax agents to ensure a thorough understanding of tax requirements.
